As an ongoing graphic designer, I often find myself exploring different art media that can help me find my own creativity. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, I have been studying the field of graphic design since my early high school years. I have always had a passion for art and being able to express myself in various ways.
I knew that when I entered high school, I wanted to push myself harder to find out what I wanted to do and how I was going to do it. I took a career course in Graphic Design for my entire 4 years and I have learned about the importance of type and graphics and how they influence a viewer to know more about its creation. I wanted to take what I learned thus far into another 4 years of my education. When I found out about Lesley University, I took a glimpse at how the design program here broadcasts its talent and knowledge into the art world. I was blown away when I applied and got accepted. Art continues to show me what I have for the future and how I can succeed when moving forward.
